Conversion alternator has the v-belt pulley already installed along with the wiring– its literally one wire to the factory green/red wire on your current 35 amp alternator and the heavy gauge wire goes to a battery source.

Front VIF Shock Hoop

The Vintage Iron Fabworks Long Travel Front Shock Hoops for the 66-77 Early Ford Bronco are designed to give your Bronco maximum travel with out trimming into the wheel well. These hoops will allow the use of long 12" travel shocks and will maximize the available travel in the front suspension.

The front factory shock mounts on the Early Bronco greatly limit the articulation of the axle --installation of these hoops will allow your Early Bronco to fully "stretch its legs"!

One of the features of these hoops is the ability to run either the factory power steering or the popular Rockcrawler 4x4x2 steering box. Some of the other shock hoops will have to be modified for this use.

Welding is required for installation.

Sold in Pairs

The forward hole is for the shock and the rear is for a limit strap. Designed to fit under the stock front inner fender with no body modifications with a 1″ bodylift installed. NOTE: 76-77′s require 2″ body lift to use this hoop because of downward slope of driver’s side inner fender well.

Personally I recommend the sheet metal closest to the manifold to be removed along the pitch-weld. If you don’t want to trim the body at all you just move the mounts down and forward. The lower factory shock mount is retained.

VIF Front Shock Hoops are specifically designed to be used with a reservoir shock and a limiting strap, however standard shocks can be used as well.

The material is 1.5″ x .120 tubing and 1″ x .250 DOM on the shock mount.

PLEASE NOTE: Welding is required for installation.

Hydroboost booster for your 66-77 Early Ford Bronco. Driving an Early Ford Bronco is a real treat-- that is until you have to STOP!!! The old vacuum boosters or manual brakes work ok but nothing like the instant power of hydroboost.

There are a variety of ways to install hydroboost on an Early Bronco whether it be directly to the firewall or on the angled factory bracket. Regardless of how you mount the booster this is one of the very best projects you can do for your bronco and your safety!!

Hydoboost is out of an Chevy Astor van. Hydoboost is in used condition. – If there is a defect we are willing to exchange out for another used one.

The Rear Vintage Iron Fabworks Shock hoop is designed to give your Bronco maximum travel with out trimming into the wheel well. Additionally VIF rear shock hoops are designed to.... something about the shock cycle....

These are to give the customer an additional option on rear shock mounts- and match nicely with a front hoop compared to the other long travel rear shock mounts on the market.

The factory lower mounts are re-used by carefully removing them with a cut-off wheel (I don't recommend a plasma or torch) then placing them on the front of the rear end.

Sold in Pairs

These hoops fit underneath the bed with a 1″ body-lift with minimal trimming (they are designed to mount in the center of the frame) or no trimming with a 2″ body lift. They mount just fine on an Early Bronco with no body-lift but would mount lower on the frame.

VIF rear Shock Hoops are specificly designed to be used with a reservoir shock and a limiting strap, however standard shocks can be used as well.

The material is 1.5″ x .120 tubing and 1″ x .250 DOM on the shock mount.
